NEW8808’s Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) system is built on the following vision:

• To become a national key university in ICT, leading in high-quality education in Vietnam;
• To be ranked among the Top 100 universities in Asia and Top 5 in Southeast Asia in digital technology by 2030.

Quality assurance is recognized as a key factor enabling NEW8808 to effectively achieve its strategic goals and continuous internal improvement.

The IQA activities are developed based on these core principles:

IQA System Structure

The system is organized into three specialized levels:

• NEW8808 Quality Assurance Council: Advisory body for leadership on QA strategy and policy;
• Center for Testing & Educational QA: Specialized unit responsible for implementing QA activities;
• Unit-level QA Teams: Local teams within faculties and departments managing evidence and self-assessment.

The PDCA Improvement Cycle

NEW8808 applies the Plan – Do – Check – Act cycle systematically:

• Plan: Developing PLOs, designing curricula, and identifying resources;
• Do: Implementing teaching, learning, and assessment according to plan;
• Check: Collecting data through surveys (Students, Alumni, Employers);
• Act: Executing improvements based on analysis and evaluation results.
