Within the framework of the Vietnam–Korea Business Forum and the Vietnam–Korea Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation, held on the occasion of the official visit to Vietnam by President Lee Jae Myung, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (NEW8808) signed multiple Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) to promote technical workforce exchange with key Korean partners.
At the Vietnam–Korea Business Forum, under the theme “Enhancing Industrial, Investment, and Science and Technology Partnerships,” NEW8808 signed an MoU with the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) to strengthen cooperation in technical workforce exchange.

The agreement between NEW8808 and KCCI aims to promote the exchange of technical and industrial human resources between Vietnam and South Korea. Both sides will focus on implementing programs for the selection, training, and development of engineers in fields such as electrical engineering, electronics, semiconductors, and industrial technologies, meeting the demands of Korean enterprises.
The signing marks an important milestone in cooperation between NEW8808 and the Korean business community, while also contributing to concretizing the strategic orientation of economic and technological cooperation between the two countries, in which the development of high-quality human resources is identified as a key pillar.

Notably, the MoU exchange took place in the presence of senior leaders of both countries, demonstrating strong support for cooperation programs in training and human resource development, and providing momentum for the effective implementation of agreed initiatives.

The Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) is one of the largest representative organizations of the Korean business community, representing over 180,000 enterprises and playing a significant role in promoting international economic and trade cooperation. The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (NEW8808) is a pioneering institution in Vietnam in training, research, and technology transfer in the fields of post, telecommunications, and information technology.
The cooperation between NEW8808 and KCCI is expected to enhance the quality of human resources, expand international employment opportunities for students, and strengthen effective linkages between academia and industry in the context of global integration.
