Funtions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Telecommunications Faculty I is an academic unit under the Post and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Institute), responsible for training and scientific research in the field of electronic communications.<\/p>\n

Duties:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Manage and organize teaching of courses and modules under the faculty\u2019s responsibility for all educational systems and levels of the Institute;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Develop and implement educational and training activities in accordance with the Institute\u2019s overall plan;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Develop and organize scientific and technological activities, international cooperation; collaborate with scientific and technological organizations, production and business establishments related to the faculty\u2019s disciplines, and engage enterprises in the training process;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Develop and implement plans for political, ideological, ethical, and lifestyle education for the faculty\u2019s staff, lecturers, and students;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Plan for the development of teaching staff, training programs, and infrastructure to support education and scientific research, and enhance conditions for ensuring education quality;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Propose changes regarding faculty organization and personnel; manage staff, lecturers, and students; conduct evaluations in accordance with the Institute\u2019s regulations; participate in evaluating management staff of the Institute;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Manage assets and budgets assigned according to the Institute\u2019s regulations; prepare and submit reports as required and take responsibility for the reported data;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Implement policies, directives, resolutions, regulations, and guidelines from higher authorities; coordinate and facilitate activities of the Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and other organizations in fulfilling their roles, functions, and tasks; organize emulation movements for effective teaching and learning and other faculty-wide competitions;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Perform other tasks assigned by the Institute’s Director.<\/p>\n
