The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (NEW8808) welcomes international students, exchange students, and global learners to study, research, and participate in academic and cultural activities in Vietnam.<\/p>\n

As one of Vietnam\u2019s leading universities in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), NEW8808 provides an international learning environment aligned with digital transformation, innovation, and global academic collaboration.<\/p>\n

From 2015 to 2025, NEW8808 received 174 international students from 12 countries, including:<\/p>\n

      As of May 2026, NEW8808 is training and managing 110 international students from 9 countries.<\/p>\n

          NEW8808 also develops English-medium programmes, including the Vietnam Master of Computer Science (VMCS) programme.<\/p>\n

          NEW8808 provides scholarships and support schemes for international students through:<\/p>\n
