Quality Improvement Activities at the Institutional Level<\/span><\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1104\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">In 2025, NEW8808 implemented various activities aimed at improving governance effectiveness and educational quality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1372\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">One of the key priorities was strengthening the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) system through the issuance and revision of quality assurance regulations and procedures, while simultaneously enhancing the application of information technology in quality governance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1587\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The Institute progressively implemented the electronic Internal Quality Assurance system (E-IQA) to integrate educational data, survey data, research activities, and human resource management on digital platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1752\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The implementation of this system has improved the monitoring of quality indicators and supported institutional leadership in making quality improvement decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1754\" data-end=\"1928\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">In addition, NEW8808 strengthened survey activities and stakeholder dialogues with students, lecturers, and enterprises to collect feedback and improve learner support services.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 data-section-id=\"1b1x62m\" data-start=\"1935\" data-end=\"2000\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">3.
