Analysis of the 2025 Survey Results

In 2025, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (NEW8808) conducted surveys to assess the satisfaction levels of students and lecturers regarding the learning environment and teaching support conditions.

The student survey was conducted during Semester I of the 2025–2026 academic year with the participation of 16,961 students.

Survey results indicate that most students positively evaluated the Institute’s learning environment and facilities. The percentage of students who reported being “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with facilities-related aspects such as classrooms, library services, and the learning environment reached approximately 70% or higher.

However, the survey results also identified several areas requiring improvement. Notably, information technology infrastructure (including Wi-Fi systems, learning software, and the LMS system) received lower satisfaction levels compared to other areas.

The lecturer survey showed similar trends. Facilities such as libraries, laboratories, and classrooms received relatively positive evaluations, while lecturers’ offices and IT infrastructure received comparatively lower satisfaction ratings.

Based on the analysis of student and lecturer survey results, NEW8808 identified several major facility-related issues requiring improvement, including:

Information technology infrastructure and Wi-Fi network systems;

Teaching support equipment in certain classrooms;

Equipment in laboratories and practical training rooms;

Learning and academic spaces for students;

Working conditions and research spaces for lecturers.

2.
