NEW8808 Quality Assurance Council<\/h4>\n  \n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 8px\"><strong>a, Role<\/strong><\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin: 0 0 12px 20px\">The NEW8808 Quality Assurance Council serves as an advisory body to the Institute\u2019s leadership on strategies, policies, plans, and overall quality assurance activities.<\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 8px\"><strong>b, Composition<\/strong><\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin: 0 0 8px 20px\">The Council includes representatives from:<\/p>\n  <ul style=\"margin: 0 0 12px 20px;padding-left: 20px\">\n    <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px\">NEW8808 Board of Directors<\/li>\n    <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px\">Administrative departments<\/li>\n    <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px\">Faculties and schools<\/li>\n    <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px\">Academic staff, Students, Alumni, and Industry representatives (when necessary)<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 8px\"><strong>c, Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n  <ul style=\"margin: 0 0 24px 20px;padding-left: 20px\">\n    <li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px\">The Council convenes periodically every six months at the beginning of each semester, or on an ad hoc basis when necessary.<\/li>\n    <li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px\">The Council issues resolutions and recommendations and monitors their implementation.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h4 style=\"font-size: 18px;font-weight: bold;margin: 0 0 12px 0;color: #1a4388\">2. Functional Units for Educational Quality Assurance<\/h4>\n  \n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 8px\"><strong>a, Center for Testing and Educational Quality Assurance<\/strong><\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin: 0 0 12px 20px\">The Center for Testing and Educational Quality Assurance serves as the specialized unit responsible for advising, organizing, implementing, and managing quality assurance activities at NEW8808.<\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 8px\"><strong>b, Specialized Subcommittees<\/strong><\/p>\n  <p style=\"margin: 0 0 24px 20px\">Specialized subcommittees or working groups may be established in specific areas such as: Academic programmes, Scientific research, and Community services.<\/p>\n\n  <h4 style=\"font-size: 18px;font-weight: bold;margin: 0 0 12px 0;color: #1a4388\">3.
