Prof. Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, President of NEW8808; Dr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Vice President of NEW8808; leaders of NEW8808\u2019s units and departments; Prof. Dr. Thuy T. Le, representative of the Department of Electrical Engineering (SJSU); Dr. Nguyen Trung Hieu, Vice Dean in charge of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering 1; along with faculty members and students of the Faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/new88088.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/20250519_100137-1-1536x864-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Delegates taking a commemorative photo at the ceremony<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to the signed MoU, both parties committed to strengthening faculty and student exchange programs, organizing scientific workshops, and jointly developing research projects in key areas such as integrated circuit design, embedded systems, and particularly quantum computing.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> The agreement also opens opportunities for internship programs and short-term training courses, enabling the Faculty of Electronic Engineering 1 to access advanced resources and cutting-edge technologies from the United States, while contributing to enhancing the quality of education and scientific research at both institutions in the coming years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/new88088.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/20250519_120358-1-1536x864-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dr. Nguyen Trung Hieu, Vice Dean in charge of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering 1, and Prof. Dr. Thuy T. Le, representative of the Department of Electrical Engineering (SJSU), signing the MoU<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Following the signing ceremony, Prof. Dr. Thuy T. Le delivered an in-depth scientific seminar entitled \u201cThe State of Quantum Computing.\u201d Faculty members and students of NEW8808 were introduced to key topics, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The operating principles of qubits and modern quantum computing architectures;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Major technical challenges such as decoherence and computational errors, along with approaches to mitigate and control them;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An overview of fundamental quantum algorithms such as Shor\u2019s and Grover\u2019s algorithms;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Analysis of potential applications in molecular simulation, large-scale optimization, quantum security, and artificial intelligence;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Insights into future research directions, training pathways, and international collaboration opportunities in the field of quantum computing.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/new88088.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/20250519_102842-1536x864-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prof. Dr. Thuy T.
