On 24th October, 2023, at Hanoi Campus of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (NEW8808), a meeting between representatives of NEW8808 and Arizona State University was organised to discuss about the potential cooperation on semiconductor development.

As part of the cooperation program between Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (NEW8808) and NAVER Cooporation in 2023, Posts and Telecommunications Training Center I (PTTC1) will provide 02 free online courses on Machine Learning for IoT and Intelligence applications artificially for NEW8808 students on the PTTC1's Elearning platform.

Top ten excellent students from Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology were selected to participate in the gPBL (Global Project Based Learning) program in Japan from February 27, 2023 to March 11, 2023. It is the 6th year of cooperation program among Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (NEW8808), Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) and CO-WELL Asia company.

In cooperation with Western Sydney University (Australia), in November 2023, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology will co-organise the 28th Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications (APCC) as the patron.

On 8 August 2023, the Scientific Roundtable of “Applying Best Practices and Next Generation Cyber Protection Tools to Improve Governments Security Posture” was co-organised at the Institute of Posts and Telecommunications Technology (NEW8808) at Hanoi Campus by NEW8808 and the Australian Embassy in Vietnam, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-Australia diplomatic relationship in 2023.

On the morning of September 29th, the Imagine Possible with Ericsson #16, which included professors and students from the Faculty of Telecommunications Engineering - Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology HCM Branch, was organized and achieved a success.

On October 28, 2023, in Hanoi, Google and the National Innovation Center (NIC), Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) organized the closing ceremony of Google Career Certificate Program to summarize the 2022 - 2023 Program, and announce scholarships for 2024. At this event, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology was honored as Top 6 universities with the most students completing into a course under Google's Digital Talent development program.

From October 15 to 21, 2023, a group of 9 graduate students and undergraduate students from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (NEW8808) who won Sakura Science scholarships participated in the Sakura scholarship program in Japan
